  • Free Trial: A 7-day free trial is available to new users. After the trial period, your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the trial ends.
  • Automatic Renewal: By subscribing, you authorize automatic monthly billing until canceled.
  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Your payment details are not stored by NOV EL.

 

2. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are not available for partially used subscription periods.
  • Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent access to the platform, contact us within 7 days to request an account review.

 

3. Use of Content

  • All video lessons, live sessions, and other materials on NOV EL are protected under copyright laws.
  • User Restrictions:
    • You may not reproduce, share, distribute, or sell NOV EL’s content.
    • Commercial use of the content is strictly prohibited.
  • NOV EL reserves the right to terminate access for users who violate these conditions.

 

4. User Responsibilities

  • Physical Fitness: You acknowledge that you are physically capable of participating in the lessons. NOV EL is not responsible for injuries arising from platform use.Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

 

5. Medical Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • Consult a physician before participating in any physical activities offered on NOV EL.
  • NOV EL does not guarantee results and is not liable for injuries, damages, or health issues resulting from participation.
  • The platform does not replace professional offline coaching or medical advice.
